  3. You can click Access Zoho Forms and pick a form that you have already created or click Embed using permalink to enter the form’s permalink without signing in.
  4. Once you choose your form, you will find two options to embed your form. You can either choose to embed your form using an iFrame code or a JavaScript code.
  5. If you select the iFrame option, you can define the form container’s width and the height according to your wish.
  6. If you choose the JavaScript option, you will have the option to set the form container’s width, and the height will adjust automatically depending on the number of fields in your form.
  7. In the end, you can also add parameters to your form’s URL to track form submissions or prefill form fields. Click here to learn more about the URL parameters in Zoho Forms.

Embed using Short Code

Shortcodes in WordPress are code shortcuts that help you add dynamic content. They are displayed inside square brackets. You can embed a Zoho Form on your website by creating a short code in the format shown below:

[zohoForms src= width=100% height=600px urlparams=”” type=<js/iframe> autoheight=<true/false>]

Note: You can copy the Form Permalink from the Share tab in your form builder.

These setup instructions are for WordPress versions 5.0 and above.

Sorry guys, but like everything Zoho they just seem to pump-out plugin, API, App after app… without finishing the one before it. Pretty sad actually. I left Sugar CRM for these guys, and although they are less expensive, after two years it’s all one big frustration.

This ONLY works with basic Wordpress Gutenberg. It is completely useless if you are using any theme editor tools. Save yourself the overhead and time and just put the iframe or javascript code in from Zoho Forms.

It appears to be useful, the customizing tools were easy to figure out. but I could never test it. After spending a bunch of my time designing a contact form, I could not save it and test it on the site because you have to sign up for a monthly or yearly subscription. I understand how plugins and programs can not always be offered for free, but it would have been good if there was some sort of notice ahead of time. For me, using a template just does not work. I can’t use my branding and I especially must be able to modify design elements such as width – should it be dynamic so it is viewable on different screens, for example. So it seems like it would be a good tool but no way to know and I did not like wasting 30+ minutes of my time only to find out I cannot customize anything without paying. It might deserve more stars but no way for me to know until I try to use a shortcode to see if it actually does work on the site.

This plugin is just about usable by embedding short codes from the page editor but its really not a very usable plugin. Forms is a great product and I would have expected a much richer experience linking forms in to pages, with customisation capability directly from WordPress given how prevalent it is on the web. Come on Zoho – pick up the game on this one please.

Doesn’t allow shortcodes so it doesn’t work with visual page builders, and most importantly it doesn’t allow CRM integration. It’s old-school design and is fast becoming not fit for purpose.
