มีปัญหาตอนอัพเดทwordpress 4.4

WordPress เป็นเวอร์ชั่น 4.4 อยู่แล้ว แต่มีข้อความว่า

พอกดอัพเดทก็errorว่าอัพเดทไม่ได้และไม่สามารถอัพเดทpluginได้ ควรแก้ไขยังไงค่ะ
