WP-Chinese-Optimize基础版主要提供WP系统优化，后期会加入SEO优化，云存储文件上传，

 * 关闭WordPress 的XML-RPC离线发布功能
 * 阿里云，腾讯云云存储上传（开发中）
 * 数据库优化（开发中）

### Remove plugin
