But after that, the support is very very bad. There are spelling mistakes in their invoice template, formatting mistakes for missing data in columns and many issues. I raised a ticket and no one replied. I had to figure it out and change the template myself after rummaging through plugin files. Not a fun thing to do when you are on a tight timeline. They have to understand that because of wrong invoices, a person can face legal issues. I would recommend using their free version to add HSN and use some other plugin to generate PDF invoice (one you can customize to add HSN codes and GST number). This plugin does not even do the basic functionality of attaching the invoice to email, which every other PDF invoice plugin does. On asking why they haven’t included that basic functionality, they just ask for more money stating that it needs customization.
